I used to get BV every month after my period and the antibiotics just made me feel sick. So, I did a lot of research as the doctors didn't help and what works for me hands down is that natural yoghurt with that ingredient beginning with L. I suck some of it up in an applicator type thing and then squeeze it in and leave it all nighta and I wear a pad so it doesn't go everywhere. The first night it's dramtically improved so I do it a couple more nights and it is gone. Now I have started using natracare cotton tampons and I have used the twice now and touch wood it's staying away.
