4 Comments for the Yeast Infections Home Remedy

Suffering Girl Of LA

Hey girls. So ever since I turned 24 I would get 1 yeast infection every 2 months. Now that Im 26, I've been getting them right before my period. Please explain how this change came up to be so much? Am I going to go through this for the rest of my life? Prolly worst when I get PG? My bf is concern and as much as I explain it to him, he doesn't get it... Anyways, I've have this yeast infection for 2 weeks now and sticking garlic gloves ( the most effectice remedy) doesn't seem to be working for me anymore. I feel like it causes it more to grow. What do i do? Please suggest.

This is how I am but I don't know why. Iv been to the doctor for it, he only treats it and sends me home

Your boyfriend needs to take medicine too. Your passing it back and forth ( guys often don't get symptoms, but are carriers)

Yup, your guy needs to be treated. Happened to me. After my hubby was treated bye bye yeast infection.

Hi, I had chronic yest infections for years, and yes it comes just before your period. You should make a home douche of a third of a cup of organic apple cider vinegar and water, and douche about four days before your period is due to come. THen douche in the same way when it is over. You must use the organic type of apple cider vinegar because the non-organic types are fermented using yeast (which you want to avoid). As a preventive measure, you can take a drink of 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar in 6 oz water every day. Use a straw to avoid getting vinegar on your teeth. It tases like drinking lemon juice but it goes right through your body, to the vagina and kills those yeast. If you have an infection you can also try taking this drink 3 times a day. I have tried garlic, like everyone else, but it is a little unpleasant and didn't eliminate the infection the way ACV does if you use it in a preventive way. Good luck!
