After reading all the posts on calming coughs, I came up with one that seems to be working. Based on what I read, I went with the cinnamon/honey combos. I only had celestial cinnamon apple spice tea.. so I made that and steeped it for only a few seconds, added about 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon. Wow! Drank it warm and not only is is helping already, it tastes great. Already I feel my cough loosening up. I hope for a full night's sleep tonight.
