Try not to think that you have cholesterol and you will see it will be on its level when u will have a next blood test. I am 100% agree that good exercise and diets helps you out but I am telling you a bonus secret here. Meditate and feel that you don’t have it. Honestly that works.

Remember, the more you think to get rid of it the more it holds on you. Same like, if you chase something to get, it stated getting hard to get J

Eat vegan raw foods, drink green smoothies with tons of fruits in them, eat more oatmeal, avoid junkfood, drink tons of water, eat garlic, exercise 20 to 30 minutes at least 4 days, meditate, let go of anger and stress, get more massages, walk more, eat more fruits and veggies.

Visit your local health food store and ask them how to lower your it. They know more than doctors.
