4 Comments for the Heartburn Home Remedy

Laid down for the night. 15 min later I'm back up in horrid pain between my shoulder blades and under my breast bone. I find this site at 2:30 in the morning THANK GOD! I have took two doses of Pepto a prescription stomach pill with a glass of water and nothing is touching this pain. I go to the kitchen ready to take everything in chances of some relief. First thing is the Apple Cider Vinegar. One thing they don't tell you here is to don't take a big gulp of this stuff like I did lol. It will take your breath and you'll think you're gonna die lol. But guess what heartburn GONE! Goodnight all!!!!

thank you :) the Apple Cider worked, you were right about it taking your breath away...

Thank you, it works👍

Apple cider vinegar usually takes away many of the unwanted acid in your stomach, or give you stomach more of the acid it requires to adequately digest your food. Have a tablespoon of vinegar prior eating or straightaway after indulging a meal for good results. In case the taste of apple cider vinegar gets too strong for you, blend it with a bit water or juice. Should you get heartburn often times, have a tiny bit apple cider vinegar every day right before you take any foods.

Also you can Put together a teaspoon of baking soda together with water to balance out the acid in your stomach, mostly after consuming spicy foods. This home remedy typically works well in just minutes; the water has got to be cool, however not too cold. However, don’t apply this remedy that often, especially when you have heartburn regularly. Baking soda is extremely high in salt and most likely will result in water retention and high blood pressure should you use it a lot.

If you had all that pain you should really look into getting your stomach (Ulcers)and gall bladder checked. And if you get that pain again, try drinking at least 16 oz of warm (Not hot) water. It will dilute the acid in your stomach and it won't put your stomach in shock like cold water will. The warm water saved my life once when I had peptic ulcers, I'm sure of it.
