3 Comments for the Stretch Marks Home Remedy

During my teenage years I had gotten stretch marks on my breast and on the sides of my buttocks and I figured that I would defenetly get stretch marks on my stomach when I became pregnant. My aunt suggested for me to apply vitamin E oil/cream and cocoa butter everyday on my belly. If I felt a slight itch I will rub my stomach with the vitamin E. I have 3 children now and no stretch marks on my stomach! Be aware that the combination of the too can slightly stain your clothes yellow.

I started using cocoa butter and vitamin E the day I found out I was pregnant. I used it 2 or 3 times a day continuously and even after the pregnancy but I still got stretch marks. I think it has a lot to do with the condition your skin is in before the pregnancy. I am a smoker and that really dehydrates your skin. Drinking lots of water and keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated before pregnancy will help to improve the elasticity of it. Good Luck to everyone else. I also heard from everyone that cocoa butter and vitamin E were the best treatments- but they did not work for me!

Hi im 19 and ive had problems with my skin stretching just like yours. Stretched on my bottom and the sides of my bottom and breasts, recently on the private area. The weird thing is im skinny and not over weight or thick.Im also worried when i get pregnant that ill have extremly bad stretch marks.

I used palmers coco butter and vitamin E oil all the time I didn't scratch when I felt itchy I would put the cocoa butter and vitamin e oil on. while I was pregnant and I still ended up with stretch marks even after I had my baby I kept using them both its been 5 months and they've only lightend a little. I think it all depends on the person.
