Dill pickle juice is the only thing i have found to give real and instant relief for muacle spasms. I have chronic muacle spasma when i sweat a lot or work in my garden with the tiller.


I have got little relief. The relief lasts only 20 30 minutes for me.


Yellow mustard, works for me.


3 am leg cramps in almost every direction took 10 min to get out of the bed , went online to find help quick ,seen the pickle juice post, its all I had to choose from in the house, eat about 25 slices of dill and drank about 8oz of the juice , with in 5 min cramps were gone , worked great for me
