Make all your food raw. Just go 100% raw foods for 30 days straight. No counting carbs, calories, fat, protein, etc. I did this and dropped 12 of my last 17 lbs that I had struggled with for over a year. I dropped those 12 lbs in a month without even trying. The only thing I didn't make raw were my drinks. I still drank coffee, green tea and herbal tea and had a double shot latte one time a week, and these were still the results I got. Keeping the non-raw drinks in might slow down the detoxification and cleansing process, but if you're not ready for such a drastic change, it's good to keep the drinks in then. I still eat around 80% raw foods and have been maintaing my weight loss (I went on to lose the other 5 the following month) just nicely!
