Eat a diet rich in raw fruits & vegetables, unsalted, raw nuts & seeds and olive oil. Fast one day a week on water, freshly squeezed lemon juice & herbal teas. Get plenty of sunshine. Exercise at least 5x a week for 30 minutes a day. Get adequate rest. Avoid meat and dairy products. But if consuming meat, only 3x per week at the most.

Everything you wrote is true. The fresh squeezed lemon juice helps to alkaline your body. I wish I could exercise 5x a week. lol

Yup, green leafy vegetables, water, increasing the air humidity and temperature, and avoid use of electronic devices or being close to them for prolonged periods to help with EMF.
