Mix a 1/4 tsp sea salt in 1/8 cup water warm enough to disolve the salt. Tilt your head back and using a dropper or nose syringe drop a half dropper full of the salt water into each nostril. Allow salt water to run back out. Repeat two to three times a day as needed.

For throat mucus gargle with the same salt water mixture.

This is a very dangerous method if water is not Properly filtered. A friend of mine got a brain eating amoeba from this method.

You must use boiled water or distilled water.

I just used it and I felt so much better. I'm gonna do that for my kids. Thank you.

THIS WORKS IF YOUR SINUSES ARE ALREADY OPEN. I HAVE A NETI POT THAT I PUT SALINE PACKS IN. IT'S GREAT TO KEEP YOUR SINUSES CLEAN WHICH PREVENTS THE PHLEGM BUT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE BLOCKED SINUSES IT DOESN'T HELP BECAUSE THE RINSE DOESN'T GO THROUGH THE SINUS DUE TO BEING BLOCKED.

This is actually gross bu SO effective, as I have used it a little different. Warm salty water disolved: pour into the palm of your hand. Snort, yes, snort it into one side of your nostril, let it glide down the back of your throat and cough it back up. It does produce results.

This is a NO NO for me... I almost died when I tried it... I could not breath at all for seconds... I think if you have blocked noise then do not try it
