Thanks for all the great comments. My Wife thought she has a Kidney infection and was in pain. last night i made a concoction of Cranberries, garlic, Manuka Honey, Colloidal Silver and Cider Vinegar. There was no sign of improvement.
This morning i put half a teaspoon of Baking Soda into a glass of luke warm water and the results were very fast. My Wife is now up, walking around and eating breakfast. No Antibiotics were used or needed as we are very reluctant to use them. So Baking Soda has worked in our situation. I hope this helps others.

How is she now, days later? Is her infection gone? Is there anything else you did, or did you just continue with the baking soda?

I have found that Baking Soda (Family Dollar Brand) worked wonders for me and my Kidneys. I had been in horrible pain for quite some time and very nauseous, dizzy and fuzzy thinking everyday for over a year! I thought it was menopause which some of it probably was but enough was enough!!! Life had to begin again! And BAKING SODA has given me my life back. It has worked as a detoxifier and eliminated the waste that was toxic in my body. One glass in the morning of warm water and a teaspoonful of baking soda and it's a wrap! In the beginning the bathroom was my best friend but I'm feeling some control now and definitely watching what I eat. I am 51 years old and this is 2014 and my goal is to feel like I am in my 20's before 2015 and I must admit this concoction has given a GREAT START! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE...PEACE...

they use aluminum in baking soda which you definetely do not want in your body
if your going that route remember to buy aluminum free
