The best thing I have found to improve my memory is...darn it! I forgot! Oh yeah! Ginkgo Biloba! Found in the herb and vitamin isle of any drug or store, taken daily Ginkgo Biloba will improve memory function immensely. I am embarrassed to admit I had to set up a daily reminder to take it because otherwise I'd always forget! Two weeks later you will notice the improvement in your memory. There are vitamins and herbs that are useless, Ginkgo Biloba is not one of them.
