i've had 'p' for 26 years. the waiver: everything i recommend or say is my own opinion and works for me. i try to back up all my info so you can research it for yourself so you can decide if its accurate and safe.
depending on if your looking for a permanent solution to your 'p' or a get rid of it at any cost person.

steroids, enbrel, humira, bleach!!! all of these take care of the symptoms not the cause and do more long term damage than help . steroids thin your skin over time and screw up your adrenal system. enbrel, stelara, and humira suppress your immune system (definition of immune system - network of cells, tissues and organs working together to PROTECT the body from attacks by germs, viruses, bacteria and disease) does that sound like something you want to suppress. go to clorox bleach website and look at the safety tab (wear gloves when cleaning, bleach will corrode metal parts!) i don’t use bleach products to clean much less take a bath.

there is no quick miracle cure for 'p'. these creams and babies butt aid (which contain lead and cadmium only control the symptoms not the cause. temporary relief. you put cream on your “p”, the spot goes away and you think it “works”. but new spots pop up somewhere else so did it really work. “p” is an internal disease. think of “p” like chicken pox. the virus causes your skin to break out. you can put cream on your skin but until you get rid of the virus inside your body. your skin will continue to breakout. fix the inside and you won’t have to use any creams. diet is the most important factor in controlling 'p'. dr. john paganos book is good reference material but for me is incomplete. the premise of this diet is anti-inflammatory, reduce toxin intake, alkalanization, and repair the digestive system (leaky gut syndrome). is an excellent reliable resource for info on soy, fluoride, milk, artificial sugars, ect.

first thing is go 100% organic. there is too much junk (pesticides, hormones and unlisted ingredients) in processed foods which is hard on our over taxed immune system.

do a body cleanse or juicing cleanse

do a food allergy test to eliminate trigger foods specific to your body.

eat an alkaline diet (raw fruits and vegetables should be at least 50% of your diet. i make vegetables shakes. (rice milk and 3 or 4 vegetables and fish oil with vitamin d3 and coconut oil) if you need it sweeter add apples. the roughage is good for cleaning your intestines.

omega 3 is a very important part of diet. excellent anti-inflammatory (i use carlson super d omega 3 with vitamin d3. probiotics are critical to help maintain proper ratio of good bacteria in your digestive system.

i eat chicken, turkey and fish (low mercury like tilapia, no tuna) no red meat too hard to digest.

i drink distilled water or high ph water. many states put fluoride in their water which wreaks havoc on your immune system. yes that includes tooth paste. i use fluoride free 'natures gate' no cavities since using it :) - look up 'fluoride toxicity'. chlorine is bad too. they kill the good bacteria in your digestive tract. I use a chlorine filter on my shower.

i drink fruit juice but water it down by 90%, too much sugar. for cereal use rice milk or almond milk (soymilk is bad - contains estrogen and causes a lot of problems - look up 'dangers of soy') (cow’s milk is too hard on the digestive system. if not organic it contains hormones and antibiotics) goat milk is a good alternative. i've started drinking raw goat milk kefir with no flare ups.

only whole grain bread and pastas in small quantities (processed white flour products are highly inflammatory)(gluten free diet is very beneficial)

the deodorant i use is 'thai' liquid form. i've tried every natural deodorant out there and this is the only one that works. it's awesome. most deodorants have propylene glycol or some form of aluminum junk in it. use natural shampoos, soaps and household cleaners. it reduces the amount of toxins getting in through your skin which leaches into your bloodstream.

stuff to avoid:

night shades- tomatoes, tobacco, eggplant, paprika, all peppers, goji berries and white potatoes. hard to eat out with this list :) night shades all contain toxins which overload our immune system. good resource dr. norman childers 'no nightshade diet.'

all refined sugars (highly inflammatory)
no white or cane sugar, agave, no high fructose corn syrup. alternatives in moderation: stevia is the best, lo han (monk fruit), and xylitol. needless to say all artificial sweeteners are never allowed (sucralose, aspartame, saccharine, sorbitol and many more. chewing gums and diet products contain all these poisons). if it says diet don’t buy it. Sugar is the main cause of my “p” getting worse.

no shellfish, fried foods, yeast, alcohol, smoking, smoked foods, peanuts, and reduce stress.

your skin goes through a 28 day cycle. it normally takes about 1 1/2 months to get my skin virtually clear. what normally happens is my skin normally gets a little worse at first from the toxins being flushed from the cells and going into the bloodstream. last only a couple of days. after two weeks or so the red patches start to heal from the center out. you will have a red circle but the middle will heal first that’s how you know if you’re on track. the rest of the healing process is up to you depending how dedicated you are to avoiding toxins and sticking to the organic diet. it’s really simple - if i'm on the diet my skin gets better, off the diet my skin gets worse. i have no one to blame but myself. i'm in control not my 'p'.

this diet allows the body to heal itself. this diet is for anyone that has tried all the immune suppressors, steriods, exotic remedies, miracle cures, and every 'p' cream known to man but had the 'p' come back and it will come back. fix the inside and you won't need any temporary external treatments. treat the cause not the symptom. eat to live or live to eat. the choice is yours. the diet works just give it time!!!!! i hope this will change someones life.

-another thing that will help is L-glutamine. people with 'p' tend to have leaky gut syndrome which allows toxins to get in our blood system through the intestinal wall overloading our immune system. L-glutamine (amino acid) is fuel for intestinal cells which support the integrity of the intestinal lining.
-another source of toxins in our diet is potassium benzoate(E212) or sodium benzoate(E211). it is a preservative used in many products however when combined with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) it forms the toxin benzene-highly carcinogenic. it damages the mitochondria in your DNA. it actually kills them. unfortunately they put it in many fruit juices which are normally high in vitamin C. read your foods ingredient labels.
-i just found out flu shots contain mercury!!!! a very nice nurse at a major chain spoke very openly with me. ask if it contains thimerosal as a preservative. it's 50% mercury!!!mercury is stored in your kidneys and does serious neurological damage especially your to your brain.


soy is horrible for you because: high levels of phytic acid-reduces similation of calcium, phytoestrogens- cause infertility and breast cancer, antithyroid agents cause hypothyriod cancer, increases need for vitamin B12 and vitamin D, babies fed soy formula have 15,000 to 22,000 times more estrogen compounds in their blood than breast fed babies, giving a baby soy formula is estrogen equivalant of 5 birth control pills a day!!!, male physical maturation is delayed, not confirmed yet but i heard in isreal it's ILLEGAL to feed your baby soy for the first 2 years, if its not organic its 89% chance its genetically modified (GMO). please never do soy ever not even organic. yes almost all baby formula has soy in it. look up for more info. on dangers of soy


Hey thanks a lot for your post. Your post has helped me a lot. I’m currently on a juice fast in order to detoxify my body. Today has been the 9th day and I been seeing little improvements. I hope to do this for few more days before I start eating a healthy diet. I will let you know of the results.


Milo a 3 or 4 day rotation diet is also beneficial don't eat the same food every day. it will reduce the food allergy component. once your skin clears up you can start to add foods to see if they are a triggers for you. tomatoes are the worst for me. if i eat a tomatoe product my skin will itch in 15 minutes. if your going to 'cheat' on the diet its better to do it all at once then a little at a time. i wouldn't cheat more than once every 2 weeks if at all till your 'p' improves. best wishes


confirmed: isreal, france, and germany are working on legislation to remove soy from baby formula for the first 2 to 3 years.


Today is the 10th day, i was feeling pretty bad so i broke the juice fast. Hopefully, this should be enough to detoxify my body. Started to re introduce the solid foods slowly in my system. Yes rotational diet is something im definitely going to try. thanks for letting them know about it. i also saw this thing called here a person called charles shows a very special vegetable shake that keeps his psoriasis spot free. he also has a ban list of food that is bad for psoriasis. i will be following that as well.


i went to they are not to big on diet being a factor. 70% to 80% of your immune system is associated with your digestive tract. so even though they don't know the exact cause of 'p'. you have to figure thats a good place to start aka diet. the forums were pretty informative. i couldn't find charles info. thanks for the info i'm always trying to learn and refine this process. good luck

You are only the second person here, on all that I have researched, that talks about healing 'p' from the INSIDE! On many forums you will read many folks talking about their 'p' also mention, digestion and or colon problems. Personally, I battled constipation forever, then came down with a horrible case of diversticulous and that is when my 'p' showed up for the first time in my life at age 50
I have changed my diet greatly but I have not been completely disciplined in cutting out all sugar and still have some red meat. The worst thing that irritates me is anything with flour & sugar.

The other site linking leaky gut syndrome with 'p' also mentioned taking a product called Bentonite Clay Powder. This is a volcanic ash. When consumed, it absorbs toxins out of the intestines or away from the intestine wall and flushes out. There is a method to taking it and it must be taken with some Metamucil which helps sweep the 'stuff' through the intestines because it can make things a bit thick.
I have been juicing. I got some powdered super condensed vegetable powders that I add. It is convieant and mega nutrient in a small scoop. I got the Barley greens, beet and carrot powders from Aim.
I too drink distilled water but read distilled water is acidic, have you heard that? So always have lemon juice in your water. I have been working on making my body more alkaline. So last week I started drinking organic apple cider vinegar. This is really making a difference!!! It was so hard to drink the vinegar, but finally was able to by putting a huge spoon full of honey in some cranberry juice and drink it that way.

Hello Misty- yes distilled water starts out ph neutral about 7.0 but due to oxidation it can get to about 6.0 to 5.5 lemon juice is excellent way to alkalanize. tap water has fluoride added to it which kills the good bacteria in your intestines so for me i'll take distilled over fluoride. i also drink essentia water which is 9.5 ph. juicing is one of the best things you can do. braggs organic apple cider vinegar is excellent also. most people are trying to treat this externally that why i posted this diet because a lady was dipping her kid in bleach baths and saying its like being in a swimming pool both are terrible for 'p'. i figured if people are so desperate to get rid of 'p' that maybe they would try the diet. the problem is that if you keep oxygen from getting to the 'p' it goes away so people think what their doing is working with these 'p' creams but the 'p' always comes back somewhere else. people were using babies butt aid. i contacted doj in california and they said it could no longer be shipped to california because of excessively high levels of lead and cadmium. people are putting this poison on their babies and then feeding them soy formula and wondering why their babies have so many health issues. for leaky gut syndrome you may want to look up scd diet. unfortunately you have to be on the diet for 8 months to a year. very hard to follow but in theory this would greatly reduce the amount of toxins getting into the bloodstream. bentonite clay powder is volcanic ash which is good for toxins but might irritate your intestine causing more inflammation which is causing the leaky gut syndrome. hopefully we can convince other people 'p' is an internal disease. most doctors don't even know this. in my teens my doctor said i'd be on steriods for the rest of my life. it worked for 2 weeks after that my 'p' increased ten fold. another doctor prescibed lamisal for 'p'. he thought 'p' was a fungus (wow). i don't have a facebook account. sounds like your on the right track the hardest part is realizing 'p' is an internal disease. once i figured that out 'p' was a lot easier to control. i hope this helps. have a great week and best wishes :)


I would just like to add that this diet is not only beneficial for people with psoriasis but for everyone out there. I was 23 when i was diagnosed with brain cancer, after surgery and 6 weeks of radiation i encountered a recurrence. This diet along with supplements such as glutemine, d3, omega's etc were the result of my clear scans for the past year. This diet is definitely worth a try!
