Thankful

I posted this earlier in the year, and I see a few are trying it with good results. So I thought I would post it again, My wife has suffered for along time, her's has been cleared up for almost a 3 years now. It does work well with plaque psoriasis!!! here is the original post. She also tried Butt-aid from Walmart not the same does not work! it is missing paraffin (wax).

I know this sounds strange it only cost a dollar, but it works!!!!!
try Baby's Butt-Aid from the Dollar Tree store. The scales have stopped even the redness is gone
only Baby's Butt-Aid (which is the name) from the Dollar Tree store works it comes in a yellow tube.
just put on the thinnest layer

we are up to over a dozen people with plaque psoriasis it has cleared up. still using it continually once a day. be sure to shower using head & shoulders for your soap or equiv.

Also add 100 mg of zinc, 50MG 2 times a day & 2000IU of D-3, 1000IU 2 times a day, that seems to help in keeping psoriasis away.

We stumbled on this by trying everything on the market, we found everything works to a slight degree but after using for a short time the psoriasis came back. With the Butt-Aid it has stayed away.!!!!!!

'THANKFUL' i care about you and your wife so much i did the research for you. on 5/9/12 babies butt aid will no longer be shipped to california addresses because the product contains UNACCEPTABLE LEVELS OF LEAD AND CADMIUM per california standards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can contact Dennis.Ragen@doj.ca.gov. if you need more information. THERE ARE SERIOUS DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REMEDY. this is an unregulated chinese product that sells for one dollar. this should not be used on your baby or psoriasis. psoriasis is an internal disease. if you put a cream or steriod on a spot and it goes away but comes back some where else did it really work? this is a temporary relief and your psoriasis will come back so your have to keep using it aka steady dose of excessively high levels of lead and cadmium poisoning. lead and cadmium poisoning cause a lot more problems than psoriasis does. please research the effects of lead and cadmium toxicity. i'm just trying to inform people so they are aware of the dangers and you can make an educated determination if the risks are worth it. wishing everyone the best.

I have used Babies Butt Aid before and it didn't work for me. Thank you for letting me know about the dangers.

maximum zinc intake should not exceed 40mg per day (MAXIMUM!)

too much zinc can cause symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, loss of appetite and headaches. over an extended period, excessive zinc consumption can also interfere with your immune system function (not good for psoriasis) and lower copper and HDL cholesterol -- the good kind -- levels in the body.

excessive zinc, lead, cadmium a whole basket of things to wreak havoc on your body. remember babys butt aid contains zinc also so some will get absorbed by your skin into your bloodstream. please stop recommending this. you are going to hurt people.

15mg of zinc is 100% of the daily recommended allowance

I know how hard it is to have psoriasis. Have had severe psoriasis for 32 years. I read about the use of butt cream. It works. I was so excited until I did some research. It contains borax which is the stuff used to kill roaches. Most diaper rash creams are no longer allowed to include it as an ingredient. I don't know how Dollar Tree is getting away with it. Borax is used in many, many ways. Actually can be used in a medicinal eyewash. However, it always used under a doctor's direction. For people who have psoriasis like I do, it is very dangerous. Way too much skin is compromised by using this method. Don't use this method. Sorry.
