You absolutely need to do some kind of exercise. I'm not talking training 3h 7 days a week; even the smallest life changes can help you in your weight loss; climb the stairs instead off taking an elevator; walk to the grocery store instead of driving; go for a walk around the block! And drink drink and drink water! Try avoiding processed foods with hydrogenated oils, artificial sugars, white flour, white rice, etc. Go for the most natural foods; fresh fruits and vegetables, brown bread and rice...even brown sugar and honey instead of white sugar makes a difference! I also find that yogourt is great, and try avoiding cheese and alcohol...Good luck!!
