Hey, so to be honest not alot of things work it's sort of you're body and that's the way it's going to be. I would obviously suggest taking a warm shower it relaxs you're body on a quick way, I would also take Advil or midol because pain killers are you're best friend during this. I also drink alot of fluids . I walk alot. What mainally helps for me if fight it and go on with ur life (taking painkillers btw) . It's really painful I know , but you can't let you're body get you down .
