6 Comments for the Psoriasis Home Remedy

Ok so it has been 5 days since my post and the psoriasis is gone. I have to really examine the skin to see where it was. So in reply to your comments. I weigh 178 lbs. I take 2 50 mg zinc tablets and 1 vitamin D3 5000 i.u. in the morning and again at night. That's it, no creams, no lotions. I wish this website was around 10 years ago. I hope this helps you as much as it has helped me. Good Luck!

So, you consume a total of 100 mg Zinc and 10,000 IU vitamin D3 a day?

How bad was your psoriasis? My head is covered along with behind my ears and inside my ears

It is every impress; but how bad was your 'P'?

I've had 'P' for approx 6 years or so. Now I have approx 80% of my body Covered. I've tried every single remedie on here and all over Google.

I just recently started the pills Zinc and Vitamin D3 and it definitely gives me ugly nauseas and also everytime I take my pills with food. They make me puke everything. I tried taking the bills before my food and even after and it will happen both ways.

Jorge- have you tried a 'p' diet? i posted it on 7-13-12 on this blog. if your 80% covered that got to be very uncomfortable. it reduces toxin intake, eliminates a lot of trigger foods, helps repair your digestive tract (70% of your immune system is associated with your digestive tract), this will definitely reduce your 'p'. reduce your sugar intake (this is what makes mine flare up the most). let me know if i can be of any help. best wishes

maximum zinc intake should not exceed 40mg per day (MAXIMUM!) daily recommended intake is 15mg per day.

too much zinc can cause symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, loss of appetite and headaches. over an extended period, excessive zinc consumption can also interfere with your immune system function (not good for psoriasis) and lower copper and HDL cholesterol -- the good kind -- levels in the body.
