I have suffered from severe migraines my enire life 5-7 times a week. I tried all of the western medical remidies I could find and NONE of them worked. I went to an Indonesian holistic therapy doctor. He told me that putting peanut butter mixed with grated ginger on your temples can relieve migraines because the body absorbs the Arginine and Magnesium allowing your blood vessels to release. Leave this mixture on for three hours and it will relieve your migraines for a week! This is the only thing that has ever worked for me.

Why don't you just take arginine and magnesium?

Thank you for this suggestion! I was 36 hours into a horrible migraine when I tried your peanut butter and grated ginger remedy. Migraine was gone in 10 minutes! I had already taken Magnesium, tons of water, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, alternated ice and heat packs, herbal tea, even took some Echinacea -- the peanut butter & grated ginger is the only thing that worked for me. Thank you so much!
