Double your doseage of water during the day. Experts say to take your weight and divide it by 2 and that is how many ounces of water you should drink a day or more. It will flush your system of all it's crap and you will have clearer skin and unchapped lips and feel more energized as well. It works for me and it's cheap.

To the above comment ^ you are mistaken. If you drink more than 64 oz in one hour then you can get water poisoning. I drink 16.9 oz of water a day and I don't have water poisoning. It's 60 oz, not 8. I think a lot of us would be dead if we couldn't have more than 8 oz of water a day. Think of how much is in your food too...anyway to lose weight in high school I was on the water and sugar-free low calorie gum diet which helped at first but didn't after awhile. Water is good for you but so are other things. Everything in moderation. No a slice of pizza or cake will not affect you. If you refuse your cravings it will come back to bite you. Don't drink diet soda because the additives in that trick your brain thinking you're not full so you'll eat more than if you drank regular soda. Good luck to all!

I don't know about the whole 'your weight divided by 2' thing, but I drink 8 glasses of water a day (throughout the day), and at first it made me feel bad and breakout and stuff, but since then I feel the best I've ever felt in my life. It also makes some (not all) of the cravings go away.

The point of this is consitency. It must become a habit: don't think that you will lose 20 pounds in one week or anything. And yes, please your cravings.

Water intoxication (also known as hyper-hydration or water poisoning) is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside of safe limits by over-consumption of water.[1] Normal, healthy (physically, nutritionally and mentally) individuals have little reason to worry about accidentally consuming too much water. Nearly all deaths related to water intoxication in normal individuals have resulted either from water drinking contests, in which individuals attempt to consume high amounts of water, or long bouts of intensive exercise during which electrolytes are not properly replenished, yet excessive amounts of fluid are still consumed.[2]

Water can be considered a poison when super-concentrated just like any other substance. The recommendation from the medical field is to drink about 1.5-3 litres per day depending upon body mass. Water intoxication would only occur at levels far higher than that. Most people drink too little water. Doctors who have analyzed recommendations based upon water intoxication have noted that water is so important to health that if people reduce their intake of water due to fear of water intoxication it could result indirectly in far more deaths than water intoxication itself.

This is the info pulled off the internet!! Dont think water will kill you!!

You can't eat unhealthy food and drink water then think you're gonna lose weight. Thats just the wrong attitude. You need to Exercise, Eat Right, AND Drink Plenty Of Water. Once day every week, I live off of water. When im hungry, I drink water. Only once every week, and this just cleans out my system. It works amazingly!
