Hello I have also been dealing with psoriasis for over 20 years now and I have tried numerous treatments over the years and nothing seemed to really work plus I have psoriasis all over my body and its really hard to keep up with the ointments; so just recently, I got in a bad car accident and was unable to bend my elbow and someone had suggested using Epson Salt in a bath and soak for a 15-20 mintutes. Its only been 2 days of soaking and its been a dramatic change for my psoriasis. Its like night and day difference. All my spots are going away, its absolutely amazing! Everyone's skin is different but for the first time in 20 years this has really worked for me. Also I have these little white bumps in between my thighs and its also helping them clear up. Just thought I'd share so that anyone who is just tired of dealing with their skin issues can give it a try without doing evasive treatments. Its worth the try.

I am going to try this aswell. thanks for the tip; at this point im willing to try anything to help calm my psoriasis down, so there is a few things on the list to try along with this one now; so far every thing that had be prescribed to me via both my Dr. & Dermatologist and nothing has worked and these ointments are getting way too costly =(

I am going to try this aswell. thanks for the tip; been dealing with it for pretty much my whole life (24yrs) and at this point im willing to try anything to help even if so much to calm my psoriasis down, so there is a few things on the list to try along with this one now; so far every thing that had be prescribed to me via both my Dr. & Dermatologist and nothing has worked and these ointments are getting way too costly =( i have it on my Scalp, one arm from the elbow down the the wrist, and both shins and its only getting worse since i moved to SK (CA) i grew up in NS (CA) and it used to be only on my eye brows but the climate change has diffidently not helped at all. but heres to hoping that i'll be leaving the dry place and going back to a nice moist climate that used to do wonders in keeping my skin at ease plus the joy of salt water again would be nice

Interesting. I was in a car accident as well I broke my leg and was plastered up to my knee six weeks later cut the cast of in the shower my ankle was caked with the psoriasis that had built up ova the six weeks I let it soak then peeled the excess off ( without irritating the skin) there was no psoriasis underneath the skin and it has neva come back on that ankle
But how can u replicate this without actually being broken and plastered up for six weeks
