Before you go to bed, drink at least 16 oz of water, eat a piece of dry bread or toast, take your favorite hi-dose B vitamin, and 2000 mg. of Vitamin C. I use Emergen-C, its very effective and the effervesence is nice. One you are awake, take a hot shower first thing, and make Hangover Soup: mince 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, put them in a pan with 2 cups chicken broth, and 1 bullion cube. Let simmer for 1/2 hour on low, drink the liquid. If you need an intestinal purge (which helps to detoxify) eat the onion and garlic. But the best method of all is to sleep through the bulk of the hangover and stay hydrated.
