This is a really simple and easy way to get rid of dead skin and have soft lips! You'll need
1) a small bowl
2) Your favorite lip GLOSS
3) a spoon with a bit of sugar on it.
Mix the lip gloss and the sugar together in a small bowl. Take your finger or a q-tip and smear it on your lips, then rub them together. Leave it on for about 5 minutes, and wipe off. Your dead skin should be gone! Then, put on your faorite chap-stick or lip balm!

It is better and cheaper to mix the sugar with honey or olive oil. And if you put lip balm or chap stick on afterward, your lips will only end up chapped again. They have wax in them which coat your lips, blocking moisture out. When moisture can't reach your lips like that, they dry out. The wax may temporarily lubricate them and make them feel smooth, but they are still dried out. Instead find 100% shea butter, or cocoa butter mixed with an oil like vitamin E or coconut oil (pure cocoa butter is very hard, an additional oil would soften it to make it easier to apply to lips). They don't block moisture like wax, they /are/ moisture, and heal the lips. One note- if you have a nut allergy, avoid shea butter. It is made from a nut.
