along with drinking a few cups of water (or gatorade) to deal with dehydration, a good way to get rid of a hangover is to exercise followed by a swim in cool water or a cool shower. for example go for a short(10-15 min)jog then if theres a lake handy jump in! the exercise will make you feel worse but then the shock of the cold water after is amazing..instant relief.

yes actually i think the exercise part is what can really help. the alcohol is coming out of your pores the whole next day and jogging or being active gets it out faster. and electrolytes are in gatorade thats why that helps.
