Hi All,
I ve been following this thread for a few years and checking in looking for remedies and seeing how some of you have coped with your GW's. Ive gotten a lot of valuable advice.
My story: I was diagnosed about 8 years ago. I started out with about two or three small warts. I wasnt completely sure of what it was but after much internet research I had come to terms that I had GW's. I visited my doctor an received several treatments of Aldara. For me it seemed as thought the Aldara made it worse before it made it better. I continued to take it. However, for some warts I never made it through the complete treatments because it just got too bad. Aside form the sensitivity and scarring it just made the small warts bigger. Next, I went on tho burning them off with little success and even buying a at home wart freeze treatment kit(please dont try this at home, LOL)
Next, after much internet research for natural remedies, I've tried colloidal silver and ACV. ACV worked fine but I was very concerned about the scarring on the sensitive parts of my vajayjay. (My warts were never internal just mainly on the outside and in the area between my labia majora and minor). Anyway, I liked ACV but I knew that I was only treating what was on the outside because the warts kept coming back. About 10 months ago I had another bout after having a clear phase for about 3 months, I read a comment on this thread from someone who used a multivitamin to subside their warts. She didnt want to give a brand name but she mentioned that one of the ingredients in the multi-vitamin were mushrooms so I went on a hunt. I was tired and my love life and confidence were taking a serious beating. I didn't want to get too close to anybody because this ish is too hard to explain to anyone. I think I found the multi vitamin. Its made by Irwin Naturals. It took about a month and a half to two months to notice results. Also, I treated the visible warts with ACV when I began the vitamins but I can honestly say that since I have been taking them, I have yet to see another outbreak. But first off let me say, I dont take them on a regular basis because Im bad at committing to taking pills on a regular basis. I would take them regularly for about 20- 25 days straight and for bout a week I would stop and pick back up again until I run out. The suggested dosage from the manufacturer is 3/day. Not bad but I dont always remember and I would just end up taking two a day.
Well, this is what worked for me and this is absolutely the longest that I have gone without getting warts. If you try this and are successful please reply. This method is still new to me and I dont know if it was the vitamins that made it go away or am I just in a dormant phase. Hope this works for you.

The name of the vitamin is called Living Green Liquid Gel Multi (Womens). I originally found it at a local vitamin store for $20 but now I buy it on Amazon for about $12 bucks.

And yes miyuki, It has worked for me. For the first time in a long time I am not afraid to shave and go completely bald. Its has been almost a year now and trust and believe I still live in fear of feeling that tingly itch of an upcoming wart. I am very relieved each time when I grab my mirror and see that its nothing but my hair growing back. I had a hell of a time these last few years.

Sorry for the delay, I have not checked back in a while but my course of treatment went as follows: I began by soaking small strips of paper towel in apple cider vinegar. I would then take the small strips and fold them into small squares that were only big enough to cover the individual warts. I would use medical tape to keep them on over night. I would mainly do this at night because I did not want the smell of the ACV wafting off of me during the day at school. I would keep them on over night for about two nights. Some people can do this for more than two nights but I could not handle the pain. My warts weren't very big and they were closer to the surface of my skin so two days were enough for me. However, larger or hanging skin tags might require more than 2 nights of ACV treatment. After treating the warts with the ACV I would wait for about a day for the scar tissue to develop (let it air dry do not cover with band aids or gauze), then I would use pure cocoa butter to dress it and help it heal. Also, at the same time of starting the treatment I started on the multivitamin. Within a few weeks I began to see the changes in my skin. Its not going to go away right away but over the weeks and months you will notice that it will clear up.

I looked at the living green multi-v on their website and it doesnt have mushrooms listed as a ingredient? Have they Changed ingredients since you used? Acv for 2 days and multi.v made them clear up how soon?

@Ted I had to go grab my bottle to make sure and no, I dont see mushroom on here either. I guess it must have changed. I have been using this brand now for a little over a year and I am still doing good. As for the treatment, you will have to determine how many treatments of ACV you will need. As I have posted before, larger warts will need more exposure. You will know whether or not its working for you if you develop some scabbing. I know it sounds bad but that will let you know that the ACV has done its job and its on its way to healing. once the scabbing has taken place, it will take about 3-4 days for the scab to begin to heal remember to use cocoa butter. It will also aid in your healing. Even beyond the healing of the scab, the cocoa butter will continue to work to diminish the recurrence of the warts. In all, it took about a month and a half or two to get my skin to almost normal. After continuing to take the vitamins and using cocoa butter I was back to normal within 3 months. I know it sounds timely but it is well worth it. Who knows, you situation could be different. Good luck!
