My husband has suffered from acne for many years of his life. Some people just have acne on their face, some like my husband, has it terribly all over their entire body. It's embarrassing, and painful physically and emotionally. My husband tried literally everything. I was determined to get rid of his acne one way or another. So one day I was shopping at the grocery store, and picked up a bottle of head and shoulders. I discovered that by washing your skin with head and shoulders it clears up acne with-in a matter of days! His acne on his entire body went away in 3 days. It works! My husband is the happiest he's been in years about his skin, and who would know that just a bottle of head and shoulders could do the trick!

For instructions, I recommend you apply head and shoulders to the skin where acne is present and lather really well. If you have extremely bad acne on different parts of your body, I recomment you bathe twice a day and lather very well and keep your skin as dry as possible. This remedy has done wonders for my husband, and I know it can do wonders for you!

Well; i've looked EVERYWHERE and tried EVERYTHING; from honey and cinnamon to $200.00 bottles from my dermotologist, and nothing has worked, and unfortunatly, I suffer from acne on my back, chest, arms, face, and neck just like your husband. well as Happy as I am for him and you, i'm going to give this a shot; because it sounds simple, and in-expensive; and hopefully it works, so thanks for the advice, and if I get good results, I will definatly get back to you. thanks alot!

My daughter (16) has had acne on her back and shoulder. This is our 3rd week w/Head & Shoulders and it is amazing...honestly! Most of the acne is gone there are only a few spots and we are also using Tea Tree Oil for the scaring. At least give it a try, it is probably the cheapest treatment available. It's worth a try. Good Luck...if you have any?? You can email me at Thank Bobbie for

iys not like your going to let the zinc just deteriorate on your skin your just applying and rinsing man just relax

ok, I just tried it and my face is burning like crazy. Keep in mind though that I'm pretty baked right now so I guess take this comment with a grain of salt. Just putting it out there that some of you might get irritable skin after trying this. I might post back in a few days to share if it worked or not.

Will H&S work on acne if its 2 in 1? (like shampoo and conditioner)

Well...I'm 13, and I don't have really bad acne, it's really just pimples, usually 1 or 2 on my forehead and when I see them I just wanna kill myself!!! So right now I just tried the Head & Shoulders forehead is freaking burning like crazy, but...I think it's working! I used to put isopropyl alcohol on my pimples, and that worked at first, but after a while it stopped working. Then I popped the pimples--which sucked, because now I have scars. I don't know how to get rid of them! Ahh! Help! PS: I'll get back to you on the H&S treatment. I really hope it will work!

Ok...So its been like, what, two days? The pimples aren't gone yet, but I think they're starting to clear up...I'll keep updating...

i recently used this and left it on overnight not knowing that in the morning i would have a red rash on my face where i put the head and shoulders,
does anyone know how long it will last or how to get rid of it??
