I find that raising my feet up about 6-12 inches to go to the bathroom (usually put my bathroom trash can on its side) and lightly rubbing/massaging the depression just under my kneecap, down my shins and all the way to the toes seems to trigger a response to relax and go. Some places work better than others on different days. So I stop at the places that seem to work best that day.
