Tooth with Exposed Nerve Home Remedy Comments

2 Comments for the Tooth with Exposed Nerve Home Remedy

Let me share my experience, and I hope this helps.

I didn't have an exposed crown or anything, but I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted and one of the nerves was badly exposed. It was a horrible, radiating pain that would NOT go away. The doctor prescribed both Vicodin and Percocet. Nothing worked.

Anyway, he gave me a gel to inject in the nerve sight, but I used it up. I was in terrible pain, then I looked at the ingredients: basically, oils of cinnamon, clove, and thyme. The key is CLOVE OIL.

I went to the health food store and bought some clove oil (like, $7). I used too much the first time, and it burns like crazy when you put in directly in your mouth, but it completely numbs the nerve. No pain, whatsoever. I'm assuming I could keep on using it, but I will go back to the doctor after the weekend.

Good luck, people!
