St. John's Wart is great advice, especially is used with some of the other very helpful advice mentioned, like letting the sun shine in your home. Sunshine, believe it or not, will really make 'the blues' melt away. So will fragrant flowers in your home.
I have been diagnosed as being Bi-Polar and also severely depressed. Of course I was prescribed medication, but sometimes a person just doesn't want to take all of the meds and wants to try something natural. St. John's Wart is natural and it really does help in relieving depression or at least weakening it.

Cancer is a deadly disease and should be taken very seriously. A doctor will always have to be seen, regardless of any therapy. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and had to have not only surgery but also radiation treatments.
I do believe that 'home-therapy', such as vitamins and eating well along with good old fashioned exercise is a must, (so is having and keeping a positive attitude!), but always talk things over with a doctor before you start any type of therapy. Home remedies are great and usually work very well, but some things, such as cancer need to be treated by a professional...your life depends upon it.

actually....
read that book 'natural cures they dont want you to know about' and see what he has to say about cancer. those chemo and radiation treatments are a big money maker for the clinics. what about the side effects to chemo? my mother just went through that and threw in the towel to the treatments. chemo and radiation severly damaged her heart. it aint living if you have to be sick all of the time.

The guy who wrtoe the Natural Cures book also wrote a book to get people out of debt so that speaks volumes as to what his real motive is. Plus, he's not a doctor and has the FDA on his tail for making people sick. I believe in natural cures, but the guy is a scammer

one thing you do have to remember about st. john's wart is that it reduces the effectiveness of contraceptives.
