I am in my mid-40's and still thin because I follow this diet: No white flour, white sugar, white rice, or white potatoes. Instead, I eat whole grains, honey, brown rice, and sweet potatoes. I never eat foods containing partially-hydrogenated oils. I eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, fish, poultry, nuts, and whole grains. I never skip meals and snack freely. Exercise is essential. So is taking vitamin and mineral supplements. Good luck on your diet!
