10 Comments for the Cellulite Home Remedy

I am the same Lexie that posted 8 posts under this one. I want to share my most recent remedy (much easier than the last one I posted.)

You can purchase this online or at your local whole foods.

When the powder (Aztec secret Indian healing clay) is mixed with organic apple cider vinegar it becomes a very detoxifying, tightening, powerful clay.

Make your clay (directions on the jar) and apply to your cellulite (I cover my thighs and but) let dry. It takes a while so be sure you're in a comfy position as this stuff turns very hard and gets extremely tight. I usually stand (the price we pay to fix our imperfections lol) you can lay down in the tub too. Whatever works for you.

As it dries it will get very tight. Your skin will feel tight and unmovable (it's working..) let it be.

If you have sensitive skin you may want to test on a small patch of skin first.

When it's Finally dry (45 min -1hr later.. Bring a book or radio) fill the tub up with warm comfortable water and soak. This will soften the clay as it is hard to just scrub off. Soak for as long as you want (the clay is a very good detoxified and will pull toxins from your skin so you may feel tired after the bath but that's a good thing!)

stand up and rinse the rest off.

Your skin will be red for about 20 min. Then you will be amazed.

After my skin is dried I use efagold coconut oil on my entire body. It's an amazing moisturizer (also a key thing to keep up on when battling cellulite)

Ladies, this clay has been around for hundreds of years. Cleopatra used it in her beauty rituals.

This clay can be used for bug bites (even bad ones like brown recluse), sun burn, acne (most common use today), for wrinkles, for hair, and also be taken internally daily as a detoxifier. It is known to have healed many sick people when taken internally.

Please try this for your cellulite. The coffee cocoa butter scrub is good, but this is better.

Email me with questions ladies. I'll help any way I can.

Much love. Stay positive.

U said its good for hair? Can u Plz explain tht?

Where do you get the clay?

You can order it on or a whole foods store. :) good luck ladies!

Is this a temporary solution? About how long will the treatment last?

how often can you do this treament?

Isn't this also called Bentonite Clay? I've used it as a facial masque, but this is the first I've heard of it used for cellulite treatment!

How long will it take to see results?

puertorican butt

how often u do the treatment??

I have used the Aztec clay for many years on my face. I have a tendency to get dry skin... while the clay mask is drying on your face, it feels like it is drying out your skin (and can be painful if left on too long), but once it is rinsed off my skin looks perfect! I haven't needed to use moisturizer since I started using the clay.
I never even thought of using it to help cellulite tho... I am so excited to try it out! Thanks for the tip! =)

Ladies. Here's the recipe. It really does work! Please follow instructions carefully to ensure best results.

1. Mix 1/2 cup ground coffee, with 1/4 cup sea salt & enough olive oil to make it pasty.
2. Stir until well blended
3. Step into bath tub & apply about 1/3 of mixture on your thighs 1st.
4. Massage in circular motion & upwards
5. Get into a meditative state as you massage your thighs & chant the words 'cellulite be gone.' Do this for 5 mins.
6. Then proceed to massage 1/3 of the mixture on your buttocks.
7. Close your eyes and imagine Brad Pitt, Denzel Washington, Antonio Banderas or other hot stud is massaging your coffee covered buns. Do this for 5 mins.
8. Spend the next 30 mins trying to get the coffee off your skin
9. Spend another 30 mins trying to scrub the damn coffee from your bath tub. All this while trying to block out the noise of your husband, boyfriend, roommate rolling on the floor laughing at your expense.
10. Check to make sure all is thoroughly cleaned up.
11. Go cuddle with a husband/boyfriend/lover who will remind you of how beautiful you are and how much he loves you (cellulite and all).
12. Proceed to make passionate love, and try not to worry too much about whether any residual coffee grounds will stain the sheets.
13. Store the remaining 1/3rd of the mixture in a small plastic container & keep in the freezer. This is a souvenir of this day and a reminder of how often we spend time trying to fix things that are not broken.

Take care everyone and stay beautiful.

P.S. This actually happened to me...
