I didn't have any apple cider vinegar to dilute, so I swished & gargled with full strength white. Nasty- yes, but one of the worst cases my Dr. had seen in yrs is almost clear in less than 24 hrs from only 2 applications. Beats the week or 2 of prescriptions, baking soda & etc.

My 4 month old just developed thrush. I wish I could do somethig other than visiting the pediatrics office. I am so afraid I will catch it. Im thinking I will gargle the vinegar ahead of time just in case.

I did 2tbl apple cider vinegar and 2tbl warm water and it burned but didn't taste as bad as I expected! Works for relief!! We will see if the thrush disappears this is my first time getting it. I think it's from my custom fit mouth guard from my dentist. Anyone have good cleaning tips for those? I was told just rinse before and after use with warm water, but I'm reading about denture cleaners and those are supposed to help kill the bacteria. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Instant results with the Apple Cyder Vinegar; thanks for posting!!
Not only is it working but I was resentful to pay out for more Daktarin, especially after paying out for 3 lots of antibiotics. Liked the taste too.....

I've been dealing with thrush for several weeks and tried swishing with diluted vinegar, coconut oil and then to dr for antibiotics. Two days of antibiotics and seems like no relief do I just tried apple cider vinegar no diluting. It burned like the devil! We'll see how this goes just want some relief!!!

The apple cider vinegar is totally working! I know about it, so I started using it. But, your information about scraping off the fungus with the toothbrush was awesome!!! I just did that and noticed a huge difference!!! Thank you so much everybody!!!!

I have thrush from chemo and it was pretty bad and getting more painful. I have a mouthwash script but it only helped very short term I tried this vinegar wash just once so far and have noticed a remarkable improvement already!!
Thanks so much! Renee

What about if it hasn't hit your tongue yet and it's just in the back of your throat? Do you swallow it and gargle and let it go down as much as possible without swallowing?

I suffer with systemic yeast and pretty much had it under control until I was diagnosed with colitis and placed on a course of antibiotic (Flagyl) 3x a day. It is killing my insides with yeast. I have thrush now and the little bumps on the back of my tongue are swollen to where I feel like there's something sitting on the back of my tongue. I tried oil pulling with coconut oil but didn't get much relief with that. I'm debating whether I should try the vinegar and which one the apple or white? and does it make your mouth dry? I have a problem with a very dry mouth. Did anyone notice that their mouth felt dry with the vinegar? I'm afraid to try it.

When I read using vinegar I have to admit was a bit doubtful but I gave it a go and oh my WOW!!! Can't believe it worked and quickly pain and white spots gone after second rinse thank you!
