I am a poor college student, and it was finals week when this huge, nasty, toothache. I couldn't sleep at all the first night--the only thing that helped me get a little sleep was brushing my teeth. Mouthwash also was the only thing getting me by. And flossing surprisingly helped. I know some people said not to swish cold water, but it helps when you're waiting for the advil to kick in. about to go find some lemon and garlic now! wish me luck!

tooth pain relief

You are not going to believe this but it is an old family remedy for tooth aches and really works the best for me.... Take a warm tea bag and press it on the gum of the tooth for a minute or 2 then apply a few drops of vanilla extract and aha relief.

I'm checking online for toothache remedies and saw what you did and had to reply -

I helped my toothache pain just a minute ago by mixing 4 teaspoons of salt to a glass of warm water and gently moved it around inside my mouth and then let it sit in one corner where my bad toothache is.
Ah, feels much better. Salt heals.
