Water is a powerful thing. Did he do anything else besides that. Like what did he eat and did he exercise?

50 pounds in 3 weeks? That's about 16 pounds a week. You can't lose weight like that and still be healthy.

DUDES IT REALLY WORKS! I TRIED IT AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY. I LOST 30 LBS. IN 3 WEEKS. AT FIRST I WAS LIKE MAN THIS BULLSHIT. BUT WHREN I GAVE IT A TRY IT WORKED. I GUESS WE SHOULDN'T JUDGE BEFORE WE ACTUALLY KNOW IF IT DOESN'T WORK.

Did you just drink water or did you eat like you normally would? I have been doing this for 5 days and eating healthy and havent lost a lb just a lot of pee :)

I'm wondering the same thing, do you do anything else? Just drink the water? I heard that its really bad to lose more than 2 pounds a week, unless you're really obese! I have 20 pounds to lose, so if I do this water thing, I will lose the weight within 3weeks? I guess I will give it a try!

50 lbs in 3 weeks? I think most people would agree that is not physically possible. One would have skin hanging all over the place. The rapid weight loss many have at the start is water weight, not fat. Water is a wonderful weight loss tool, but it isn't a miracle pill or cure. I would drink 200 oz. a day if I could lose these last 20 lbs in even a month, but it isn't going to happen.

THATS SEEMS WAY OUT IN LEFT FIELD TO ME.HE HAD TODO SOMEHING ELSE ALSO.IT TOOK ME LIKE 8 MONTHS TO LOSE 70 LBS AND TODO THAT I ATE RIGHT AND DRANK LOTS OF WATER WITH THE APPLECIDER VINIGAR IN IT.I WALKED ALOT AND DID SITUPS.SO I DONT BELIEVE HE JUST DRANK WATER.

Eating your meals in reverse may work, Chicken, green beans, small piece of pie at breakfast, salad or soup at lunch and a bowl of cereal or oatmeal at nite. Also eat low-cal soup before lunch and dinner. And a naturalist said 4 glasses of water in the morning and you'll never get Cancer.

It's not true that you can't lose weight rapidly and still be healthy. I have known people who've lost a lot of weight and not had the saggy skin. If you have liposuction or surgery, sure, you'll have saggy skin. But if you lose weight in a healthy way, even if it's rapid, your body will know what to do and will not make itself look like a willow tree.

And what people think is actually water weight IS fat. Actually, most of what we see on our bodies as fat is actually retained water. So, when you say you are just losing water weight, don't think of it as unimportant. You are still losing weight that needed to be lost. Water goes in and flushes out stored toxins from our cells and our blood and our fat deposits and we pee them out. So it is very possible to lose a lot of weight just by increasing your water intake. But I would still recommend eating healthy natural foods and exercising. That way you'll lose weight even faster, and when you exercise, you tone up your body while you're losing weight, which means your body won't be able to get saggy even if it wanted to.
