I wanted to say thanks it worked for me last night. the celery sticks helped. I have already used them for heartburn but who would of thought it would work for rls. great night of sleep.


I can't thank you enough for this site and especially the people taking there time to help others. I have been suffering with RLS for the last week as I have come of Tramadol and Deloxotine.
It has been awful unable to sleep walking round the house all night unable to lie down.
I read this post regarding celery at 2.30am yesterday morning and as I had some in the fridge ate 2 stalks....within 15 minutes the feelings and discomfort started to subside and I was able to go to bed and go 5 hours sleep the first in days..... A VERY VERY BIG THANK YOU TO THE LADY WHO POSTED THIS XX I'm off to eat my nightime celery lifesaver!
