Hello. I hhve had trouble getting to sleep recently, and have decided i would share my methods with you (1-10 depening on wht imost effective for me).

#1. I list things. Say you know a lot about or lot of birds. List them, parrot, robin...

#2. I watch the patterns when i close my eyes. You know how whenyou lose your eyes you'll see colors or patterns? That's what i mean, just dont strain to see them.

#3. Think happy thoughts.

The most important thing is to relax and stay calm. If you get worked up, sleep wont come as easily. Also TRY to avoid medicine. I know it helps, but you could get hooked on it or rely on itif taken too much
