EXCERCISE WILL WILL MOST DEFINATELY TAKE RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME AWAY!!!! I SWEAR IT WILL, JUST WALK ABOUT 20 MINS A DAY!!!

I exercise daily for an hour or more and if anything my RLS has worsened. I think it's different for everyone.

Perhaps excersise works for you and truly I am glad for you. However LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY it is not my cure, after approx 1 hour a day walking.

I run 4-5 days a week, yoga 2xs and Pilates 2xs per week. I suffer from RLS at least 5 nights per week.

I agree with everyone on this board. I exercise alot and my RLS persists...I do however notice a big difference from morning workouts to night works outs....Night work out make it tremendously worse for some reason...

I only get RLS occasionally but when I do it's really bad. I have found if I walk around and stomp my feet pretty hard on the ground, within 5 or 10 minutes it's completely gone. I have tried this for a month now and it has worked every time!

does not work for me. tylenol pm is the only thing that works because it makes me sleep.

Glad it works for you but I walk all day, every day at work, plus exercise regularly and I suffer every night. I'm in bed about 15-30 minutes and then it starts. I've tried all types of medication, herbals, homeopathics, magnets, soap, you name it. There has to be a solution somewhere, but exercise is not my answer.

Absolute crap. I'm a competitive cyclist and ride 100's of miles a week and have extremely bad rls in hands & feet.
Please don't spout miracle cures that are purely anecdotal with a sample size of 1.
