Eat at least 5 meals a day. Three main meals and two snacks. Push food away when satisfied. Most of all exercise regularly. I am 200 lbs. and have lost six lbs. in 10 days.

snacking is not good.
Meals, no snacks.


Healthy snacks are good. They also help you keep from overeating at meals. By the way I am a dietician, and specially trained in nutrition.


so ive been doing the same diet 5 meal 3 small meals and 2 snacks 140 cals or less even with the excercise you losse about 4 lbs or more a week it really does work i weight 229lbs and now im dowm to 216 and peopleare already starting to notice
