1. Take a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.
2. Drink a cup of hot tea or something carbonated.
3. Lay down with a heating pad for 15-20 minutes or until you feel better.
I know the apple cider vinegar doesn't taste very pleasant but it really works.

The previous evenings' chili came up within 5 mins. I used camomile tea. Instant pain relief.


I just gave the apple cider vinegar to my daughter who has been complaining all weekend of her belly. After taking it, it came right back up but gave her relief. Thank you.
