Obviously you have never had REAL depression. Real, lifeless, too-upset-to-cry depression. While fruit and veggies may help a bad mood, depression is a little more complicated.


there are so many different psychological and physiological problems that cause sadness and depression. while overall good health is always a good idea, sometimes there are underlying issues that cannot be solved so simply.


I completely agree that eating fruits help with depression. As does drinking a lot of water. It obviously isn't going to cure depression but when your body is hydrated it gives you more energy and makes you feel better in general.
