Pure natural japanese mint oil. About 4-5 drops on your index finger and dab to same finger on other hand. Then apply to the temples, the back of your neck at the hairline, behind earlobes and any remaining on your upper lip, under your nostrels. Also steeped a strong blend of organic peppermint tea with ginger and 1/2 tsp of salt. One last final touch.. A Wheat-bag heated in mcrowave 2 mins. Great to put around shoulders and up to the ears. It helps to keep a neutral head position so things can clear out right. I don't know if anyone will find this helpfull but it works for me. I actually carry mint oil with me because it helps ease the headaches brought on by muscle tension or congestion.
