for those dimppled areas,take caffinatted coffee, grind it into dust & mix with cheap hand lotion,rub this into your problem spots for 60 second a day,then shower it off & watch those troubled areas become smoother & firmer!

i think its the rubbing everyday part that actually works. i have heard that using a body brush daily in the shower helps a lot. then again i haven't tried the coffee so i wouldn't know. just a comment ;)

Tried the coffee and it doesn't work. I've started drinking lots and lots of water and walking mine is going away.

i would like to know what EXERSISES i can do to fight cellulite because as sumone has written, drinking lots of water and walking alot helps. forget the creams and myths, whats really going to get rid of it AND keep it from returning?

loosing weight and exercising is the only way to get rid of it. Target exercises won't work unless you loose the fat. I've also heard that drinking lots of water is necessary.

I USED AN EXFOLIANT RUBBING IN CIRCLES ON THE AFFECTED AREA YEARS AGO AND IT DID WORK HOWEVER I WAS ALSO SLOWLY LOOSING WEIGHT SO THAT MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED BUT I BELEIVE AN EXFOLIANT WORKS I USE ONE NOW ON THE BACK OF MY THIES AND IT LOOKS BETTER EVERY DAY

cellulite sucks but drinking lots and lots and lots of water works coffee works for about 12 hrs then it comes back, walk or do exercise thats what i do and its helping alot

ok you ppl dont help much! I dont mean it in a bad way but i m not fat n i m only 14! I have 2 walk 2 n from school evryday, so i no i m walkin alot. N i drink alot of water, so i jus wanna no if i have 2 live w/ this the rest of my life or is their sum way 2 get rid of it? Cus i m sick of always havin 2 wear pants n capris in the summer bcus of it! PLEASE help me!

hi, just a few suggestions (I have been buttling with this myself) water (plenty) and exercice are a must, but also body brush (everyday b4 shower), if you don't eat enought fruit &veg take supplements( Vitamin E/D and antioxidants are necessary for healthy skin)- also take some ginko biloba (it's aplant extract in drops or tables - not expensive - to take daily also. And most important avoid saturated fat (processed meat, bulky carbs like burgers buns, etc). Take some evining primrose oil also to balance the hormones. And good luck.
