Drink two glasses of papaya juice after every heavy meal. Drink lots of water. Do not eat heaty food such as prawns,cuttlefish and tomatoes. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits (except for pineapples and mangoes) as much as you can. Avoid being seated for long hours. Drink king coconut every morning.

This site is very graphic but helpful,My nose plugs up like I have a cold. But when I finally let loose Oh baby! nose runs headache gone etc.. you get the pic.
