Holy cow, I was at work and was in so much discomfort, my resources were limited since I was at work so I was desperate. Tried some mint tea since I had some on hand and that got a little bit of movement but not enough to get any relief. Luckily I have a private office and was able to close the door so I tried laying with my butt up, on my back, on my side, nothing helped. I saw this post about sit ups and thought, that sounds kind of ridiculous but worth a shot. It worked! Thank you so much to whoever posted it! If I'm ever at work and have this issue again I know what to try.
