Honestly, all you really need to do is count your calories and excercise. I know it sounds lke a lot of work, but its the best way to lose weight. There are no miracle diets.Doing this worked for me. I lost 20 pounds in about 3-4 months.

Not true. After reading books like The China Study and Eat to Live, light has been shed that proper nutrition and regular exercise eliminate the need to count calories. Counting calories is something that you do when you consume foods that lack nutrition which is really how most of America gets fat to begin with. Eating proper nutrition means that you can eat a lot more with out the consequences. With that being said everything is best in moderation so don't eat like a hog even if it is fresh fruits and veggies. But if you must be a junk food junkie then by all means count your calories!
