This works, yes! Especially when you combine banana with fresh coconut (from a young coconut at the supermarket) in a blender as a smoothie. The tryptophan from the banana mixed with the natural raw saturated fats from the coconut work wonders. It is a total anti-depressant drink, and tastes delicious!!!
