Great news eat what you like then stop eating by 6.30 pm. Drink green tea or any other herbal tea after this time and watch weight fall off like leaves off atree in autumn x

can the green tea be diet? and also about how much weight did u loose , how fast


def going to try this tonight. ;) i am on a mission to lose up to 100 lbs i am going good so far. breakfast slim fast shake, 3 table spoons of apple cider vinger w/ pickle juice . TIP with the apple cider vinger... its taste like garbage!! lol. mix it with pickle juice you will not be able to tell the difference. Snacking i eat a fiber bar and drink water... lunch. slim fast & salad w/ water. supper slim fast & water very small helping of whatever i cook. i am going to try the herb tea to sip after 6-6:30. Brush your teeth as soon as you finish dinner and a small dessert (hopefully by 7pm). You will be 1/2 way ready for bed and know you WILL not eat anymore...unless you just love brushing your teeth.

What's the portion size for the.meal?
