As a recent college graduate who frequented 7am shifts on saturday and sunday mornings, I learned very quickly how to battle a hangover. Obviously plenty of fluids will help, but no matter how tired I am, I do not drink coffee- it can dehydrate you even more. Instead, Pop a multi-vitamin either right before you go to sleep or right when you wake up in the morning. Follow it up with a significant amount of water and maybe some toast, and you'll feel noticeably better in as little as an hour.
