For Swimmer's Ear:

Equal parts of 70% isopropyl and white vinegar

Let sit for a few minutes and then drain. There will be tingling/slight stinging in the ear passage as it kick-starts the bacteria in your ear and helps to remove the excess water.

My son's ear was blocked. We used the equal parts rubbing alcohol and white vinegar remedy. It worked. It unblocked his ear and made him feel immediately better. Thank you

MY YOUNGEST SON GETS EAR INFECTIONS AFTER SWIMMING,WATER TRAPS IN HIS SMALL EAR CANALS AND SETS INFECTION, HIS DOCTOR RECOMMENDED I USE THE ALCOHOL AND VINEGAR BEFORE AND AFTER SWIMMING,
(A 50/50 SOLUTION) HE HAS HAD NO INFECTIONS SINCE I STARTED DOING THIS! THE SMELL IS HARD TO TAKE, BUT HE NOW ENJOYS SWIMMING WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT.

Our old country doctor had a better version: 1/3 Baby Oil, 1/3 rubbing alcohol, 1/3 Hydrogen Peroxide

Works incredible for ear infections!

This may seem strange, but both my beagle and myself suffer from allergies. Often we end up with ear infections. We have been to the Vet and doctor's office for meds, but none seemed to work. A year or so ago, I found the alcohol & vinegar solution, and it works pefectly! Better then anything the doc or Vet perscribed.

I have recently been having problems with fungal infections in my ear. The ear nose and throat doctor recommended a 50/50 mixture of rubbing alcohol and vinegar to help keep the infection at bay once I was finished with my prescriptions. It's almost like the earlier solution where people were trying the lemon juice. The pH levels seem to be key.

4's enough

I just used this for my daughter who has frequent ear aches/infections. It has only been about 15-20 minutes ans she is now sleeping on the sofa. Thank God!! Will use this all the time. Thank you poster!

Tried garlic oil, went from 5 to 3, ehh. Pain went back up to a 5...desperate. Tried this cause i heard scary testimonies about the hydrogen peroxide. This is bad too. 50/50 vinegar alcohol mix. Slight pain at entry, but slowly getting worse. I'm at an 8 now (1 hr later). There's no way to tell what kind of infection you have, fungal or bacterial. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, no insurance, yipee :(
