Every morning I make myself chocolate milk (add in your various homeopathic remedies like ginger powder or whatnot) 1 peeled banana, 1 tsp of peanut butter per cup of milk, strawberris (to your liking) blend, enjoy. I don't get bloated, cramps subside, and it cheers me up. Something in the peanut butter really helps. I use creamy.
