This method is for hair loss: Firstly rub ur scalp with the pores of the fingers until u feel ur scalp warm(don't do that vigourously bcoz it can lead to further hair loss)....then apply warm coconut oil or any other oil which u hv.Warm oil on warm scalp will penetrate easily into the follicles of the hair n it will strengthen ur hairs. Apply it for maximum 1 hour n the wash it with a herbal shampoo. U will observe difference frm 1st day......!!!!!

Hi

I'm Egyptian and I've recently tried this remedy which a family member from an older generation told me about and it's, by far, the best I've ever tried. I used to have dry frizzy hair till I used this remedy which really softens and adds shine to your hair, straightens it and makes it slightly less frizzy.

Ofc feel free to double or triple what's written below according to your hair length and thickness.

Get a bowl, add a small cup of olive oil, a small cup of liquid bone marrow (no, not bone marrow extract oil, buy actual bone marrow from the butcher and heat it till it turns to a liquid) and an egg yolk and mix them together.

I got grossed out too at first but trust me, it doesn't smell as bad as it sounds and it doesn't feel gross when you touch it.

Apply a generous amount to your hair thoroughly, don't forget your roots and leave it on your hair from 3 to 4 hours and wear a bath cap. Rinse well and shampoo about 2 times to get rid of it all and not to have any remains. I would suggest not to condition so you can see what this remedy solely does to your hair and not mix its results with what your conditioner normally does to your hair but feel free to do so.

You will notice the difference even after trying it only one time. Soft, not to mention SO SHINY hair!
Use this remedy twice a week for 3 weeks to get the maximum results.

Hope this helps and tell me what you think!

It may sound a bit strange, but heres a recipe that will probably give body and shine to your hair-
1/2 c. Dolphin Milk (look it up online shopping...)
1 c. Olive Oil
3 tbsp. Shea Butter

Results may vary. :3
Dolphin Milk happens to be the richest milk of the mammals.Thats why it works.

Go to your nearest store and pick up a bottle of Moroccan oil by Organix or Fx. It's around $6-$8
But its the best fix for stronger softer shinier hair. Its the rare formula from argan trees of Morocco.
Hope I helped ❤

The only way to guarantee healthy hair is to cut off the dead ends and eat a healthy diet. Getting a proper cut will let your hair start over and grow strong. Eating a proper diet will not only help your hair grow healthy from the inside out, you will notice your whole body benefiting!

Egg whites help your hair by giving it a punch of protein. There are many variations of this at-home treatment but here's a good general recipe to follow:

Step 1

Use a whisk or a mixer to beat egg whites until they are white and foamy, about two minutes.

Step 2

Fold in plain yogurt (using plain real yogurt with no flavoring or extras added is better), one spoonful at a time, mixing gently until the ingredients are completely incorporated and form a thick, creamy paste. (Mayo can work as a substitute or combined)

In this step you can add any essential oils (jojoba, moroccan, palm, castor, sweet almond all work well)you like or other hair-friendly ingredients.

Cucumber: Cucumber contains ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and caffeic acid, fiber, along with minerals like silica, potassium and magnesium. Silica is renowned to be good for the hair.

Olive Oil: great for conditioning and shine. Honey can also be combined with Olive Oil on hair to make the results that much more effective.

Avocado : Avocado contains mono-saturated fats, which not only if ingested helps to burn trans-fats it can help give your hair strength and sheen

Pure Coconut Oil: A really good one! Coconut oil contains many good ingredients for your hair:
- One of the most responsible reasons behind hair fall and hair loss is microbial action on the scalp and hair roots. So, to protect hair against them, what we need is an antimicrobial agent. Lauric Acid present in Coconut Oil is one of them. It is basically a triglyceride which yields a monoglyceride called Monolaurin when acted upon by a species of bacteria which breaks the glycerol bonds. This monolaurin has excellent antimicrobial properties.
- Capric Acid is yet another triglyceride present in Coconut oil, which, like Lauric Acid, yields another monoglyceride called Monocaprin due to bacterial action, having antimicrobial properties similar to that of monolaurin.
-Vitamin-E. Almost every aptly educated person knows the importance of vitamin-E for skin and hair. It keeps scalp and skin healthy and hair rejuvenated.
-Coconut Oil has high moisture retaining capacity, since it is not broken down easily nor evaporated, being very stable. It does not let moisture escape thus keeping hair moistened and soft. This prevents breakage of hair. Coconut Oil is a far better conditioner for hair than any synthetic one available in the market.
-he various fatty acids present in Coconut Oil serve as very good anti dandruff agents and are way better than any anti dandruff shampoo. A regular application can help you get rid of dandruffs for ever.

Step 3

Use your fingers to scoop up the mixture and apply it to your hair. Massage your scalp, taking care to thoroughly coat all your hair with the mask and cover in plastic wrap/bag. Let the mixture sit on your hair for 15 minutes.

As I said before, the only way to guarantee a healthy head of hair is to have a proper cut and diet. If your eating crappy food, your hair and all of your body won't be nourished enough to look the way you want it to. No amount of styling products or homemade remedy's will be a permanent quick fix. Just like not every person can be healthy off the same diet, not every natural remedy will work for every person and their hair type. Start with nutrition and getting rid of your dead ends then try a few different things. Find what works for you and your hair!
